Cancellation Policy
Under UK law you have a 14-day right to cancel any online order for any reason. This page explains exactly how, when and what happens next.

01Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to cancel — for any reason, without giving an explanation.
You then have a further 14 days from notifying us of the cancellation to return the goods.
02Cancelling Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund (including any payment taken) within 7 business days. Contact us as soon as possible:

03Cancelling After Dispatch
If your order has already shipped, you can still cancel under your 14-day right. The process is:
- Notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may use the model cancellation form below or simply state clearly that you wish to cancel.
- Return the goods within 14 days of notification, in unused, original condition. Follow our Returns Policy.
- Receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods (or proof of return), to the original payment method — see Refund Policy.

05Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The statutory right to cancel does not apply to:
- Custom-made, personalised or made-to-measure cushions and covers.
- Sealed hygiene items where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Goodwill cancellations may still be possible on a case-by-case basis — please contact us.
06Cost of Returning Goods
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the cancellation is due to a fault, damage or our error. We recommend a tracked courier — see the Returns Policy.
07Refund After Cancellation
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (if any), within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return — whichever is earliest. Refunds are made to the original payment method. See Refund Policy for full timing.
