Returns Policy
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return — for any reason.

- Condition: unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

- Faulty or wrong item: we cover return shipping in full.

02Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
- In the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, fixings and tags included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number and/or invoice).
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
03Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom-made, personalised or made-to-measure cushions and covers.
- Items that have been assembled, used outdoors, or modified after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or in unsellable condition.
- Hygiene items where the seal has been broken (where applicable).
- Sale or clearance items marked "final sale" on the product page.
04How to Start a Return
- Contact us — email support@klyvras.shop with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a brief reason.
- Receive instructions — within 1 business day we'll email you a return authorisation, the warehouse return address and packing guidelines.
- Pack & ship — pack the item securely in the original box. Use a tracked, insured courier service.
- Refund issued — once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days (see Refund Policy).
05Return Shipping Cost
Who pays return shipping depends on the reason:
- Change of mind / no longer needed: the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: Klyvras pays return shipping in full. We will email you a prepaid courier label or arrange collection.
06Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can act quickly with the courier.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item and the outer packaging.
- A short description of the issue.
We will offer a free replacement, a free repair, or a full refund (including original shipping) — your choice.
07Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a refund + new order. Place a new order for the item you'd like and return the original following the steps above. This is usually the fastest way to receive the replacement.
0814-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt, then have a further 14 days to return the goods. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
