We deliver to the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Free standard delivery on every order, no minimum spend. We do not currently ship internationally.

Typically 3–7 business days from order confirmation. This includes 1–2 business days to process and pack your order, plus 2–5 business days transit with our courier partners (Royal Mail, DPD or Evri).

Yes — you can visit us at Unit 2 Southgate, Morecambe, LA3 3PB. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT. You can also bring eligible returns in person.

A tracking number and courier link are emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can also track at klyvras.shop/track-order using your order number and email address.

We use Royal Mail, DPD and Evri depending on the size and weight of your order. All deliveries are tracked.

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel or return your order, and a further 14 calendar days from that notification to send the unused item back in its original packaging — in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Exchanges are also accepted within the same 14-day notification window, subject to availability.

A prepaid return label is included inside your original package — return postage is free. You can also bring eligible items to our unit in Morecambe during opening hours for an in-person return.

Yes. A prepaid return label is included in every package so eligible mail returns are free of charge. In-person returns at our Morecambe unit are also free.

Yes. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging, subject to product availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of inspection. Funds typically appear in your account within a few further days depending on your bank.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express — processed securely by Stripe.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest certification available). klyvras.shop uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Klyvras never sees or stores your card details.

No. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. Free delivery is included. Klyvras is not VAT-registered, so no taxes are added to your order.
