klyvras.shop is operated by Klyvras, an independent UK retail business operated by Curtenaz Athenais Marie Camille as a sole trader. It is not incorporated as a UK limited company. Klyvras is not VAT-registered. The trading address is Unit 2 Southgate, Morecambe, LA3 3PB, United Kingdom. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' in these terms are references to Klyvras.

You agree to use klyvras.shop for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not introduce viruses or attempt unauthorised access to our servers. Klyvras may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, dimensions and specifications are accurate. Product images are illustrative. Specifications are provided by suppliers and verified where possible — minor variations may occur in colour or finish.

All prices are shown in GBP (£). The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay — no delivery charges, no taxes and no hidden fees are added to UK orders. Klyvras is not VAT-registered and does not add VAT to any transaction. Prices may change over time, but your order is locked in at the price shown when you placed it.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email — not when you place the order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, out-of-stock items) and will notify you promptly with a full refund if this occurs.

We accept card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Full payment is required at checkout before dispatch. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified.

We offer free standard UK delivery on every order. Processing: 1–2 business days. Transit: 2–5 business days. Total: 3–7 business days. Full details in our Shipping Policy at /shipping.

You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. A prepaid return label is included. In-person returns accepted at our Morecambe unit. Full conditions and refund timeline at /returns.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to all purchases. If goods are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

Klyvras is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss. Our maximum liability to you in relation to any order is capped at the value of that order.

The Klyvras name, logo, product images and website content are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
