All Klyvras products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship — for example, broken welds, faulty frames or defective stitching present at the time of delivery.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, incorrect assembly, exposure to extreme weather without proper protection, or normal cosmetic wear over time.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please stop using the product and contact us. We will review the details and confirm the next step.
Fading of fabrics, minor colour variation in rattan and small marks from everyday use are not classed as defects and are not covered by warranty.
To start a claim, email support@klyvras.shop with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days.
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) and photographs showing the issue. We may ask for additional details if needed to assess the claim.
If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement part, a replacement item or a suitable resolution at no cost to you. Timeframes depend on stock availability.
Please assemble and use the product according to the included instructions, and protect it from prolonged exposure to severe weather where possible.
