Our Customer Promise

Klyvras is run as an independent UK shop from Unit 2 Southgate, Morecambe LA3 3PB. The address is real, printed in the footer, and opens on Google Maps from the Contact page — you can check it before you order.

Prices don't move at checkout. The number shown on the product page is the amount Stripe charges: standard UK delivery is already included and no shipping surcharge is added on the payment step. We don't use strike-through pricing, artificial countdowns or fake "X people viewing" counters.

Card payments go through Stripe (PCI Level 1) end-to-end. Klyvras never sees or stores your card number on its own servers, and the entire site — not just checkout — runs over SSL.

Product information is what we can verify. Dimensions, materials and images match what you receive. If a detail isn't shown on the product page, email us before ordering rather than guess — we'd rather answer a question than process a return.

14 days to change your mind. Every parcel ships with a free prepaid return label. The full mechanics live in the Returns Policy, and that policy is the only one we apply — no unwritten exceptions.

Support is a person, not a bot. Emails and calls during Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT) are read and answered by the Morecambe team, usually within one working day. We don't claim "24/7 support" because we can't deliver it honestly.

Fully named ownership. Klyvras trades as an independent UK sole trader — the owner is named in the Terms. No shell company, no anonymous brand front.
