Wipe rattan weave with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washers, which can damage the weave. Rinse gently and dry with a clean cloth before covering.

Aluminium frames only need occasional cleaning with mild soap and warm water. Dry with a soft cloth to avoid water marks. Do not use abrasive scourers or bleach.

Use a standard glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth. Wipe spills promptly to prevent staining. Avoid dropping heavy items directly on the glass.

Brush cushions regularly to remove dust and pollen. Spot clean with mild soapy water and allow to air dry fully before storing. Bring cushions indoors during heavy rain or overnight.

Where possible, store cushions and smaller items indoors during the colder months. Larger frames can remain outside if covered and lifted slightly off wet ground.

Waterproof covers extend the life of your furniture by protecting against rain, frost and UV. Make sure furniture is dry before covering to prevent moisture being trapped underneath.

At the start of each season, check bolts and fixings, wipe down frames, and inspect cushions for signs of wear. Small checks help keep your set looking its best for longer.

Where possible, position furniture on a flat, well-drained surface. Avoid placing frames directly under trees where sap and bird droppings can stain finishes and fabrics.
