Shipping Policy

Every Klyvras order is dispatched from our UK warehouse in Morecambe with free standard delivery. This policy sets out — in plain language — where we deliver, our processing and transit times, how tracking works, and how we handle delays, lost parcels and failed deliveries, so you always know exactly what to expect.

This is the actual shipping policy applied at checkout — the rates, cut-off times and destinations below match what Stripe charges you at the payment step exactly. No hidden surcharges are added afterwards.

Ships To

United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland. We do NOT ship internationally, to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or Republic of Ireland.

Shipping Cost

FREE on every order — no minimum spend, no handling fee, no fuel surcharge. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Order Cut-Off

2:00 PM GMT, Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or at weekends are processed the next business day.

Processing Time

1–2 business days — your order is picked from stock, quality-checked, and securely packed at our Morecambe warehouse before dispatch.

Transit Time

2–5 business days via tracked courier (Royal Mail / DPD / Evri). Courier assigned based on parcel size and weight.

Total Delivery

3–7 business days from order confirmation to your front door. Example: Order placed Monday before 2 PM → expected delivery Thursday to the following Wednesday.

Tracking

Dispatch confirmation email sent with tracking number and courier tracking link. Also trackable at klyvras.shop/track-order using order number + email. Tracking updates in real time once the courier scans the parcel.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@klyvras.shop. We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf at no cost.

Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost after 10 business days without delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. Report lost parcels within 30 days of the original dispatch date.

Incorrect Address

We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. If you provided an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, we will re-dispatch (a small fee may apply if the error was customer-caused) or issue a refund less any unrecoverable courier costs.

Failed Delivery

The courier will leave a calling card or hold the parcel at a local depot or pickup point. If uncollected within the courier's holding period, the parcel is returned to Klyvras. Contact us to arrange re-delivery or a refund.

Damaged On Arrival

Report within 48 hours of delivery to support@klyvras.shop with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Large / Bulky Items

Some garden sets are delivered as kerbside delivery. This is noted on the relevant product page. Full assembly guide is included in packaging.

Final Price

The price displayed at checkout is the complete, final price including delivery. No extra charges are added at any point.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a business day are usually prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends, go out the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within 3–7 business days from confirmation — around 1–2 days to pick and pack, plus 2–5 days in transit with our courier.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is collected we email a tracking link. You can also follow progress any time on the Track Your Order page.
Which courier delivers my order?
Depending on the size and destination of your parcel we use Royal Mail, DPD or Evri. The courier used for your order is shown on your dispatch email.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes — we deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland or internationally.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
