We dispatch UK orders with Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. The courier assigned to your order depends on parcel size, weight and destination, and is shown in your dispatch confirmation email.

We dispatch UK orders with Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. The courier assigned to your order depends on parcel size, weight and destination, and is shown in your dispatch confirmation email.
Orders are picked, checked and packed at our Morecambe warehouse. Once collected by the courier, you receive an email with tracking details.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next business day.
Most UK orders arrive within 3–7 business days from order confirmation — around 1–2 business days for processing and 2–5 business days in transit.
We deliver to addresses across mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally, or to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and other remote UK postcodes may take an additional 1–3 business days. No extra charge is added at checkout.
If a delivery fails because no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or leave a card with collection details. Please follow the courier's instructions promptly.
If you miss a delivery, most couriers hold the parcel for a limited time before returning it. Rearrange delivery through the courier's tracking link as soon as possible to avoid the parcel being returned to us.
Once dispatched, you can follow progress via the tracking link in your email or on the Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.
Larger furniture items are delivered on a kerbside basis. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and move the parcel indoors. Inspect the packaging before signing.
Occasionally deliveries are delayed due to courier volume, address issues or incorrect contact details. Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
Severe weather can affect courier networks across the UK. In these cases delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We will keep you informed if your order is affected.
Orders placed on or around UK public holidays may take additional time to process and deliver. Our warehouse and couriers do not operate on bank holidays.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, a working phone number, and an email address you check regularly so the courier can contact you if needed.
