SSL Encryption

256-bit SSL encryption on every page of klyvras.shop, including checkout. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe — Klyvras never sees, receives or stores your full card number or CVV.

Currency

GBP (£) — Great British Pounds. All prices are final prices. Klyvras is NOT VAT-registered — no VAT is added to your order. No additional taxes or import fees apply to UK deliveries.

3-D Secure

Your bank may request additional authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check, Amex SafeKey). This is standard fraud protection — follow your bank's prompts to complete payment.

Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, your order is NOT placed and no goods are reserved. Check card number, expiry, CVV, billing address and available balance. Contact your bank if problems persist, or email support@klyvras.shop for help.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent within minutes of successful payment. Contents: order number, items ordered, total paid, estimated delivery, delivery address.

Pricing Transparency

The price shown at checkout is the COMPLETE final price you pay. Free UK delivery is always included. No hidden fees, no handling charges, no taxes added at checkout. Klyvras is an independent UK trading business and is not VAT-registered.

Refunds

Always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Card refunds return to the same card. Full refund timeline and conditions at /returns.
