We don't manufacture the furniture ourselves. What we do is pick a small catalogue from established suppliers, check each item against the same simple standards — build quality, weather resistance, comfort, dimensions, durability — and only list what passes. If it doesn't make the cut, it doesn't go on klyvras.shop.

Card payments go end-to-end through Stripe (PCI Level 1) — your card number is never seen or stored on our servers, and the whole site runs over SSL. The price you see on the product page is the exact amount Stripe charges you at checkout: standard UK delivery is included, and no shipping surcharge appears on the last step.

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, using the free prepaid return label included in every parcel. The full mechanics live in the Returns Policy — that's the only policy we apply, with no hidden exceptions on top.

Support is a person, not a bot: emails during Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT) are read and answered by our team, usually within one working day. We'd rather quote genuine hours than promise "24/7 support" we can't actually deliver.

Klyvras trades as an independent UK sole trader — the owner is named in full in the Terms rather than hidden behind a shell company. You always know exactly who you're buying from.
