Shipping Policy

Every order ships free to UK addresses, with no minimum spend. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives.

01Where We Ship

Klyvras currently ships within the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — including the Highlands, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey).

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you have a UK forwarding address, we are happy to deliver there.

02Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every UK order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Shipping appears as £0.00 at checkout and on your invoice. There are no fuel surcharges, packaging fees or remote-area surcharges.

03Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse at Unit 2 Southgate, Morecambe LA3 3PB.

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Cut-off: orders placed before 12:00 (noon) Monday–Friday are usually picked the same day.
  • Weekends & UK bank holidays: no dispatch — orders are picked on the next business day.

Estimates are working-day calendar — Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays are not counted.

05Couriers & Large Items

We use trusted UK couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and pallet networks. Couriers are chosen based on item size and destination to give you the most reliable service.

Large furniture sets are delivered on a pallet to your doorstep (kerbside). The driver will not bring items inside — please arrange help to move large items if needed. We recommend inspecting the pallet before signing.

06Tracking Your Order

You'll receive two emails from us:

  1. An order confirmation immediately after checkout.
  2. A dispatch confirmation with a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

You can also check status any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

07Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check the delivery address at checkout — this is the most common cause of failed delivery. If you spot an error, contact us within 1 hour at support@klyvras.shop. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the address; redelivery to a corrected address may incur a courier surcharge passed at cost.

08Missed, Delayed or Lost Parcels

If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions.

If your order is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days from dispatch), contact us at support@klyvras.shop or +44 7512 379452 and we will open a courier investigation. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full once confirmed by the courier.

09Damaged on Arrival

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything looks damaged, take a photo before opening and contact us within 48 hours. See our Returns Policy for the full process — damaged items are always replaced or refunded free of charge.
